What was the vision behind KSTING?
The vision has always been to create a more transparent and fair marketplace for both brands and models/creators. While other industries have evolved and embraced digital solutions, bookings within the modeling and creative world have remained stuck in outdated structures, and that’s where we come in. We're here to simplify, modernize, and democratize the process, giving everyone involved better terms and more control over their opportunities.
How do you think KSTING is changing the industry?
We’re shifting the power to where it belongs, with the brands, models, and creators. By being fully transparent about rates and fees, we offer a fair platform with no hidden costs or binding agreements. Unlike traditional agencies, we don’t lock creatives into contracts, which means they have full freedom to work on their own terms. We also ensure fast payments after jobs are completed, a huge improvement in an industry where creatives often wait months to get paid.
What has been the biggest challenge in building the platform?
Creating an intuitive and user-friendly experience. We aim to be 100% digital, but with that comes the challenge of educating users and helping them trust the simplicity of it all. Fortunately, we're always just a call or an email away to support anyone who needs help navigating the platform.
What’s your outlook on the future of digital casting platforms?
With over 3,000 bookings since launch, we're confident that the future is digital. There's a growing demand for faster, more flexible solutions and technology makes that possible. We’re even exploring the launch of an AI tool that could truly be a game-changer for the industry.

The response has been overwhelmingly positive. We have an 97% return rate from brands, which is a clear sign that we’re doing something right. We save our users time, money, and hassle, and that’s reflected in their continued engagement and support.
What’s next for KSTING?
Our next big step is expanding into new markets. We're already working with several international brands, and we see strong potential to grow beyond Sweden. At the same time, we’re committed to strengthening our local presence and offering even more opportunities to creatives and brands here at home.
