As a client, you can browse talent profiles and send job requests directly to models, photographers, stylists, DoP's and hair & makeup artist - all in one place.

As a model or creative, you're your own boss. Receive direct job requests and negotiate terms with clients on your own. Of course, if you ever need help or have questions, we're here for you.

We encourage both established and newly started clients and talents to apply to our platform.

As a client, you can be a fashion brand, an advertising or production company, an agency or a photographer. As a talent, you can be a model, a photographer, a stylist, an influencer or a hair/make-up artist.

In order to ensure a high standard and security on our platform, both fashion brands and talents need to be approved by KSTING before being able to use the platform.

To join KSTING, your application must be reviewed and approved by us.  Please be patient and you will hear back from us very soon.

Registering and using KSTING is free. We charge a flat 15% booking fee from both the client and the hired talent when a production is confirmed and completed.

Job rates can be negotiated directly between client and talent. All bookings and payments are handled through KSTING. Fast, secure and transparent.

The standard usage on KSTING is 6 months within the country where the photoshoot takes place. A client wishing to extend the usage can contact us at to find a suitable solution.

Once your profile on KSTING is complete, you will be able to access the tab 'My Jobs' on your landing page. There, click on the button ”Post new job” and describe what kind of job you're planning, where and when.

Follow up by describing positions for one or more talents needed on that job. You may for example advertise for a photographer, two female models meeting specific criterias, and a hair and make-up artist. Those positions are not binding and are only used so talents may find and apply to your job. Only talents whose profiles match the positions you have advertised will be allowed to apply to your job. You are free to hire as many talents as you want on that job, with no limitation set by the positions initially advertised.

You will also be able to personally invite chosen talents to your job, by looking them up on the search page and sending them an option request.

You can make your job visible by all KSTING talents or keep it hidden and invite-only, in which case you will have to recruit talents by sending them option requests.

You will also have the chance to review your job's details before posting it. 

Under the tab ”Find talents” on the landing page, you will be able to scroll through, view and select the talents you find interesting. You will have the opportunity to choose what kind of talent you are looking for (ex. photographer, model, stylist etc) and apply various filters to your search.

Alternatively you can email us at casting@ksting.com, setting forth the requirements for the talent you are looking for. We have experienced casting directors ready to help you. If our casting directors help you find a talent on KSTING, no extra fee will be applied. 

As a KSTING client, you have two options to contact talents: either by sending a custom option or casting request to the chosen talent, or by inviting the talent to a job you have registered on KSTING.

Either way, just go to the talent's profile page and click on the button ”Send option request”, then choose a contact option. The talent will receive a notification and has 48h to accept or decline your request, after which the request automatically expires.

Once the talent has accepted your contact request, you will be able to send private messages to each other and settle any outstanding details. 

Post a new job of the Casting type. You may choose to make your casting public or invite-only. Then use the talent search page to find talents that match your needs, open their profile pages and press the 'Send option request' button to invite them to your casting. If your casting is public, any talent with a matching profile will be able to apply to your casting as well.

A client may edit a job previously advertised on KSTING at any time after its publication. The talents will be automatically notified of changes affecting them.

If you have a dispute with a talent, simply email us at dispute@ksting.com or call xx xxx xxx, and explain the issue. We will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. in accordance with our General Terms & Conditions.

KSTING automatically generates call-sheets and sends them to all the persons involved in your job as soon as their hiring contract is confirmed.

As a talent, you will only be able to contact a client which has advertised an actual job, by applying to that job, or when a client sends an option/casting request directly to you.

If there is a dispute with a client, please contact us at dispute@ksting.com. We will work directly with all the parties involved to resolve the issue, in accordance with our General Terms & Conditions.

As a talent, once you have been approved to join and use KSTING, clients will be able to see your profile and send you an option or casting request. If you chose to accept the request, the clients will be able to chat with you via KSTING and you may negotiate dates and fees. You may always reject an incoming message or a job offer.

KSTING does not store your passwords. To change or reset your KSTING password, you need to follow the change/reset password instructions of the platform you use to login into KSTING (Facebook, Google+ or LinkedIN).

You login to KSTING by way of Facebook, Gmail or LinkedIN, which is both convenient and safe. We strongly recommend you to use secure passwords and enable two-factor authentications on those platforms. KSTING has strict rules enforcing the security and safety of its community members, all stated in this document.

At a system level, KSTING has multiple layers of state-of-the-art technology in place to protect sensitive information. With SSL encryption, authorization tokens for all requests, strict ACLs and secure servers, we make sure that your information and privacy is protected at all times.

KSTING’s objective is to ensure safe and quick payments on its platform. Once a talent has completed a job, KSTING will send a invoice to the client, which has to settle the corresponding invoice within 30 days. As soon as KSTING has received the payment from the client, KSTING will pay the talent via a bank transfer. In most cases, this ensures that a talent gets paid within 4-5 weeks after a job is completed.

KSTING charges a flat 15% fee on each transaction. For clients, this fee is automatically added to the invoice. For talents, this fee is automatically debited from their payments. Simple and transparent, no administration fee or further payment required! 

As a client, after a job has been completed, you will get a single invoice from KSTING. The invoice is payable by bank transfer within 30 days. 

Go to your profile, then click on ”Payments” to check your status: you will find a summary of your jobs confirmed but not yet completed, jobs completed and waiting for payment, as well as jobs completed and paid.
